Workshops & groups · planned for 2027

Some things become clearer when they are met in company.

In-person spaces for exploration, connection and systemic work are taking shape for 2027. You are welcome to register your interest while the structure, dates and venues are being developed.

  • Exeter is the likely starting point
  • Interest in Crediton is also welcome
  • Fuller details expected by mid-November 2026

Why gather

A different kind of space can make different things possible.

Individual counselling offers privacy and sustained attention. A group can offer something else: the experience of not being the only person carrying a question, a pattern or a longing for change.

The two offerings below will have different purposes and structures. Neither requires you to arrive with a polished story or to disclose more than feels right.

Both are being developed with careful attention to boundaries, pacing and the quality of the space.

Two planned offerings

Different circles, with different intentions.

These descriptions are an early orientation. Dates, fees, venues and the final format will be shared when the plans are ready.

Systemic experiential work

Family Constellation Workshops

Group workshops for exploring a recurring pattern, relationship or question through a systemic lens. The work may offer a different view of what has felt difficult to understand through thought alone.

  • Facilitated by Lilian Pilgrim, Systemic Family Constellation Facilitator
  • A structured and carefully held group process
  • Planned for adults; previous constellation experience is not required

This is an experiential group workshop and is not a substitute for medical care, crisis support or individual psychotherapy. You can also learn about individual Family Constellation sessions.

Connection, reflection and presence

Women’s Circle

A facilitated space for women to pause, connect and reflect in company. The framework is still being refined, with simplicity, meaningful conversation and respect for each person’s boundaries at its centre.

  • No pressure to perform, advise or share a personal story
  • Clear agreements to support privacy and respectful participation
  • A group experience rather than group therapy

More about the themes, rhythm and format will be shared when the framework is complete.

Interest before commitment

Registering your interest is not a booking.

There is no payment and no obligation to attend. Your response simply helps me understand which offering and location may be most useful.

What happens next

A small expression of interest now; clearer invitations later.

Plans can develop slowly enough to be thoughtful and clearly enough for you to decide whether they suit you.

  1. 01

    Register

Choose the offering or offerings that interest you and indicate your preferred location.

  2. 02

    Plans take shape

I refine the formats, assess interest and identify suitable venues in Exeter and possibly Crediton.

  3. 03

    Receive the details

When dates, costs and practical arrangements are ready, you will receive an update and can decide whether to book.

Exeter & Crediton

Exeter is the likely place to begin. Crediton remains part of the picture.

Exeter currently offers more possibilities for suitable workshop spaces, so the first dates are most likely to take place there. Selecting Crediton on the form helps me understand whether there is enough local interest to explore future options.

You can also choose Either location if both would be practical for you.

Questions at this stage

What can be answered before the dates are announced.

Does registering guarantee or reserve a place?

No. It records your interest so that you can receive relevant updates. You will be able to make a separate decision when booking opens.

Can I select both offerings?

Yes. Family Constellation Workshops and the Women’s Circle are separate offerings, and you are welcome to receive information about both.

When will dates and prices be available?

I expect to have a clearer proposal by mid-November 2026. Dates, fees and venues will only be announced once the practical arrangements are sufficiently settled.

Are these groups currently running?

No. This page gathers early interest for offerings planned for 2027. It does not advertise a workshop that is already open for booking.

Is the Women’s Circle group therapy?

No. It is being developed as a facilitated group space for connection and reflection, not as group psychotherapy. The final framework and participation guidance will be explained before booking opens.

Do I need previous Family Constellation experience?

No. Introductory information about the process, boundaries and suitability will be provided with the full workshop details.
